Hello Collectors! Auction 121 will be held on Thursday, April 8th, 2010. With the live auction starting at 7 pm at our office on Sargent Ave. Absentee bids and phone inquires MUST be made before 5:00 pm the day of the sale. The office will be closed to the public at 5pm and re-opened at 6:15 pm for viewing and registration.

 

Please remember that we ask for NO telephone enquires on ‘how you did’ till at least the following Monday after the sale, the Prices Realized are posted on-line Friday afternoon, with the high bidders number and the amount sold for.

 

As a registered bidder, you can place bids by, mail, fax, email. We will NO LONGER be accepting bids over the phone, NO EXCEPTIONS.  If emailing in your bids, there is a cut and paste form on our web site (if you don’t know how to do this, just include the info that is on the postal bidding form (bidders #, name, address, payment method) in your message). Your bidders number can be found on your mailing envelope, if you are new to our auctions, you will be issued a number once a bid is placed.

 

You can find the current bid of any item by contacting Wayne or Jaime, by phone or email before the cut off time (5pm Thursday).  If  you would like a picture of an item not shown in our online catalogue you may request one before March 29th.

 

NOTE TO CASUAL BIDDERS, these are people who view our catalogues online but choose not to subscribe….. A $5.00 (CDN funds) fee will be charged to those who wish to place a bid(s) in this auction who do not have a subscription with us. This fee can be credited to a subscription after the auction if you so choose. This fee & the bids entered MUST be secured with a credit card. 

 

We will be attending a number of shows in the coming weeks including Etobicoke, Winnipeg, Calgary, Kamloops and Markhem. Stop by our table & say “Hi”.

We are hoping to implement a new online catalogue with this catalogue showing pictures of most items featured in the auction. We hope to have a new invoicing system up and running as well for this and future auctions. Although we may never have online bidding for our auctions, we believe updating the site will be a benefit for collectors and make the process more user friendly. Let me know your thoughts on it…
